Over the course of two decades Paul has become one of America’s most sought-out motivational speakers and trainers. His clients have included ESPN, Walmart, the United States Postal Service, Southwest Airlines, the National Football League, three NFL teams, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. He is now President of Matt Birk and Company, working on team building, productivity, and sales growth—and before starting a full-time speaking and training career, Paul was director of the Convention and Visitors Bureau in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
