In this episode host Jim Karrh talks with an expert on leadership communication, conflict, and coaching. Liz Kislik has 30 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, and facilitator. She has worked with clients such as American Express, Orvis, the Girl Scouts to family-run businesses – coaching and mentoring from the C-suite to the contact center.

Liz is a frequent contributor to Harvard Business ReviewForbes, and Entrepreneur. Her articles have been included in Harvard Business Press books Guide to Motivating People and Dealing with Difficult People and in the Wall Street Journal’s Morning Download, and she has been interviewed by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, The MuseEuropean CEO magazine, and The Financial Times Ignites. She spoke at TEDxBaylorSchool on “Why There’s So Much Conflict at Work and What You Can Do to Fix It,” and has served as adjunct faculty at Hofstra University and New York University.
